Traditional MLM has taught for decades that we should build our business through our "warm list" and the "3-foot rule." Some argue that it's still the best way to build a downline because MLM is all about relationships.
Others contend that the world has changed. We now live in the Internet age and must adapt with the times. Marketing online allows us to reach more people and is more fun.

internet network marketing is superior to traditional bussiness.it is future of global economy.no one can think of such great exponentialt is growth.it is the only one way to financial freedom and time freedom.
First make money for yourself. Once your warm market comes to know that you have become rich, they will automatically prod you to tell them how they can also become rich ?

Well i dont think warm marketing is the best marketing method.Its simple to teach but dosent duplicate results. A normal person is seldom comfortable with sales.It requires someone with high caliber to survive the amount of rejection we encounter while following the warm marketing aproach.And nobody likes to bug family and friends.I know that is not how networking should be done but that's the way being taught in most companies.
The internet on the other hand opens a lot of other options seen never before.
The rejection is to its minimal.
A lot of the work is automated.
Not to forget the global market.
I personally feel internet-network-marketing is the future.
Having said that it is warm marketing that is still doing the trick in our country. But what has to be noted is that most(more than 90%) distributers in such warm marketing based companies loose their money. Hope people realize this fact soon and move to internet marketing where atleast an average distributor will recover the money hes put in.
Just to give an example of the internet's power.

Warm Marketing in MLM marketing will continue to rule because:
1. It is more personalised.
2. You are building your team on faith.
3. The team members in your network marketing have to connect to you physically.
4. Everything cannot be explained over internet-somethings have more effect with expressions, bodylangauage, personality, confidence level, posture etc etc.
5. Matrimonial sites are available on the internet, but after zeroing on your choice one surely meets the would be bride or bridegroom to confirm - isn't it?
6. Internet is only good for sales like ebay where you know everything about the product and all you ahve to do is check the details and order one for yourself. But network marketing is not only about selling products but the idea of network marketing, building teams, organising a network and training and much more.
Network Marketing with the following thinking will show definite results than Tradiditional Business

ONE HAS TO FIRST DECIDE WHAT HE WANTS IN LIFE AND WHY? THEN "HOW" BECOMES EASY. DEPENDING ON WHERE HE RESIDES, WHETHER IN A DEVELOPING COUNTRY OR DEVELOPED COUNTRY OR UNDEVELOPED/UNDERDEVELOPED COUNTRY, HE CAN DECIDE HOW FAST HE WANTS TO ACHIEVE HIS GOAL/S. One has to decide what he wants to achieve in life and Why? Then "How" becomes easy. Depending upon where he resides, whether in a developed/developing country or in an undeveloped/underdeveloped country, he can choose, how fast he wants to get results or reach his destination? Whether by walking, or by bullock cart, by bus or by train, or by Air. If he wants to go on fast track, he cannot ignore Internet, though tradition methods are useful to limited extent.

As far as my learning from network marketing is that the concept is all about "word a mouth" than warm market really works,but wat i have seen some people have taken a longtime in developing their downline..and some have taken a very short time ,its all the NUMBER GAME..AND, yes physical presense is much required to show the expressions, emotion,motivation,bodylang.,team meeting,
And,INTERNET-NETWORK-MARKETING.
I really have never come across any success in front of my eyes,seeing is beleiving.by this method you cannot build a person as a human being first, i do agree that first you have to be in a position to build any (financially).many have grown mentally rather than finance in this industry..Lastly
"IF things have changed WE SHOULD ACCEPT.BECOZ it Doen't require much EFFORT to STAY back,and the world goes AHEAD"
Warm Marketing STINKS. It works allright, but the results are pathetic and not at all lasting in nautre. Proof: look at the hgh churn rates in any of these schemes. And be honest - look at your own wallet. Empty isn't it?
By contrast, do a lot of work one time only. Take the trouble to create good sales pages, landing pages, even squeeze pages for these biz opps. Create your own website to effectively promote these opportunities, and throw in certain incentives which will be unique to you and you alone.(Sorry, but in my humble opinion, RMP Infotec & Questnet in particular are good opps but their websites are only for information - but most certainly not fit for effective marketing of the opp.)
Then drive traffic to the sites which you have created.
Result: Your sites will work for you 24/7/365 giving presentations to dozens - even hundreds of visitors every day and night while you sleep - without any discouragement because of rejections. That is a hell of a lot more than you can do with your so called warm market. Your results are bound to be far better - and because of your unique offers, will not only be long lasting, but will also provide you prospects for your other opportunities besides the one which they join first.
It really is a no-brainer. I repeat. Warm Marketing STINKS. There is no match to beat Internet Marketing for these opps - provided you first take the trouble to prepare yourself properly for it.

I think internet marketing is a more powerful source of marketing as it allows access to the whole world!.one can market any product in the world without knowing the prospect personally.This is the beauty of internet marketing.and to create a huge downline is only possible when you are not limited to those people whom you know personally .surely a smart way as compared to warm marketing.warm marketing is like drawing water from the well manually.internet marketing is connecting a pipeline directly to your house.old is not gold in this case .
U are right Ankur. Internet network Marketing my be better option in the changing world but it is bit costly. It is not possible to do for the common person. Warm market is good for starters but you cannot rely only on warm market to build a good team and using internet you can reach out quality people anywhere in the world.There are many internet based tools available which helps you in making a good team. Some of them like online ads, website traffic generator, email traffic generator, generic lead generators, newsletters and online downline generator tools helps you getting good quality people who are interested in your product and business. This is a great way to build a business for people who do not want to be dependent on warm market only.
Till now warm market has been working but internet based networking is the way for future.
NETWORK MARKETING is thru INTERNET but it is based upon PEOPLE with FAITH and TRUST, which is built by establishing relationship either personally or thru Internet.EACH one is a RESOURCE to be ventured depending upon the response.The TEAM is built with people far and near. Is there anything wrong with RMP's system? From your training newsletters Ankur, and from my old fashioned beginning with warm market strategies, I have learnt that there is both plus and minus points in both the systems. After all you've got to sell a very authentic system that can help you build a pipeline of steady cash inflow. Internet marketing can help you reach a lot more people quickly which is of course better than the 3 foot rule, in order to generate more leads. But building a leader in your downline do require physically teaching for in India internet has though reached urban population but it is far from the rural people and in the name of spreading computer literacy, a class of businessmen is virtually exploiting it. Therefore when need to work with people, you need to accept the good's from both the two types of marketing.

As I understand, NETWORK Marketing is the only option for ordinary people to achieve Extra Ordinary Income.The success of NW(Network) Marketing depends in creating a TEAM of people who have the DESIRE and NEED to make money and grow,by helping each other. It is not always possible to reach out to such people thru INTERNET ONLY,
but internet can be used to enhance the communication.We need Internet to manage any MLM or NW Business, but prospecting for NW BIZ is NOT only thru INTERNET.So lets NOT call NW BIZ as 'INTERNET NW MKTG'. If prospecting can be done with the people whom we MEET or TALK everyday during any interaction,then the success rate is more. Not necessarily, whomever we interact daily belongs to our WARM List,but can be prospected for greater results.We can make direct calls and communicate with confidence to people whom we know earlier.Also can find contact numbers from other sources.Only those people would join us , who have the NEED and DESIRE to grow and have the capability to prospect others, either thru Internet or thru Daily Interaction.It may happen anytime but consistency should be maintained.
